I hate needles! Fortunately for me Dr. Rogers is *amazing* at this and I barely felt a thing, despite having about a million injections on the day...

Because of the high density in the area where most of the grafts are going, the technicians must work in shifts, two at a time. High density transplants like this are far more time consuming than a typical HT procedure, especially where there is already quite a high degree of hair already in the area which must be worked around.

Dr Rogers usually works out of your eye-line but I quickly caught this while he was checking my hairline. I was giggling for quite a while, he looks like a mad scientist here :)

I was expecting him to start yelling "It's Alive!!"...

Dr Rogers uses a technique not used my many other surgeons called "slanticles". Most surgeons only make vertical or horizontal incisions, Dr Rogers uses a technique which matches the way the surrounding hairs grow to give a much more natural result even where less overall grafts are used.

I took a chance with this shot and just held my camera up and pointed it backwards. This was the first time I saw just how good my new hairline was looking and I must say, I felt *extremely* happy when I saw this.

Dr Rogers is going for far more density than last time, with more than double the hairs in the area he covered during my first transplant.

I got into a fight when I was in school which resulted in me having a bald spot on my right eyebrow. Dr Rogers is using some of my grafts to fix the eyebrow so they are both the same again.

Over 2,000 grafts right there in the hairline with the remainder going to add a little density all over and to fix a scar on my eyebrow (left over from a fight at school).

The team do their best to clean it in the clinic of course, but there is only so much you can do with saline and wet-wipes :)

I am on my last legs for the day, about to crawl into bed. Just awake enough to get some last photos for the day now everything has dried.

I'm amazed at how much density Dr Rogers has been able to pack in here, I don't think it gets any better than this!
